Assignment Bugs

Heretic,

I found (what appear to be) a couple of assignment bugs.

FED -
Research Anti-Psionic Shields
Appears to require two Ship Shield batteries; Would not accept Ship Shield batteries from inventory.

KDF-
Experiment With Feasibility of Assassination Utilizing Telekinesis
Requirement says Telekinesis; Had a telekinetic Vorta biochemist available (Dathan, the one from the FE) but would not allow me to plan the assignment.

    I am seeing the same issue with all the Telekinesis assignments I have tried. I know for sure I couldn't start the KDF "Experiment With Feasibility of Assassination Utilizing Telekinesis" yesterday, even with 3 available officers with Telekinetic abilities. Maybe there's a second officer type requirement? I don't have any security team members with telekinesis.

    I have just discovered I have the same issue with "Experiment with Feasibility of Assassination Using Telekinesis" and "Evaluatopn Telekinesis for Field Security Applications", after spending half a million on buying Seggis.

    Ok, well, I think I know what your problem is. "Experiment with Feasibility of Assassination Using Telekinesis" is a KDF assignment. It's likely that you accidentally bought a Fed copy of Seggis.

    Then how come she's in my roster? She even shows up in my Qualifying Duty Officers list on Active Space.

    EDIT : turns out while she somehow DOES work for Active Space, she does indeed have the wrong rank. I bought the KDF Seggis for another 900K, and have now started the mission. Thank you for clearing that up. :cool:

    The game doesn't prevent players from acquiring doffs of the opposing faction. It just makes it so you can't use them for most things.

    The easiest way to tell is to look closely of the background of the picture. Look at these for a demonstration:

    is there any other doff instead of Seggis to have the tele ability please

    if so name please green or blue

    Every Vorta does have the Telekinesis trait.

    - Dathan (purple) - "Facility 4028" episode Doff pack.
    - Gelnon/Kilara (rare) - 7/7 Zenas colonial chain
    - Yelgrun/Eilas (purple) - Zenas colonial repeatable
    - Elizabeth Moore/Mochaak (purple) - Project Chrysalis chain
    - Sterling Renard (rare) - Temporal beacon, Temporal Doff pack, Exchange
    - Seggis (purple) - Dominion Doff pack, Exchange
    - any randon Vorta (purple/rare) - Gamma Doff pack, Gamma Mini Pack, Exchange

    Because it needs Large Shield Batteries, not the normal ones. Look closely, there are two red 'stripes' instead of one.
