Im looking for an STF build for a temporal destroyer, I can get fleet weapons MKXII and I am working on my rep with both Romulan and Borg.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I appreciate those who helped me with the JHDC, it works well, but I am between both ships and am just trying to decide which ship I am going to use, and would like to get a build for it so I can accurately compare them. Thank you.
"It is strange that the years teach us patience; that the shorter our time, the greater our capacity for waiting."
I use the Mobius temporal destroyer with a highly proc reliant built, i do not have access to fleet weapons yet, so if you can manage to mirror this build, and adding fleet weapons, it should be a great escort for stf's.
Fore weapons:
1x Dual Chroniton Beam Bank (antiproton damage)
2x MKXI Purple Antiproton Dual Heavy Cannons
1x Temporal Distruption Device
lt sci: polarise hull1, hazard emiters II (depending on your play style, if you need a bit more heals)
so you gain passives from 2 piece sets a third one if you were to change one of the dual heavies for the Omega Plasma torp (usually for khitomer)
hope this helps !

It essentially does the equivalent of the passive you get from installing the full temporal warfare set on the mobius (or the wells), cooldown reduction on all Boff abilities.
From personnal experience, and a quite a few combat parses, i can tell you that the mobius can be used with a full tactical Boff build (only the ensign engineering is fixed). I manage to survival all but Hive onslaught elite stf's without a sci officer for Hazard Emitter.
Best dps that I've achieved with the mobius was with 3xDHC 1xOmega torp, 3xTurrets. It is not the most fun to play though.
my "fun" build is 2xDBB (chroniton & antiproton), 1xOmega Torp, 1xTemporal Torp, 1xTurret, 1xCutting Beam, 1xTransphasic Mine.
on that build i change the Cmdr Universal Boff to a Cmdr Engineering with DEM and use it in conjuction with EPS & NI eng abilities, and a Weapon batterie once in a while.
hope this helps !

Here's a build that I just started testing last night. It emphasizes BO3 with DEM1 and the DEM DOFF's +200 energy drain resistance. It packs a significant punch as a result.
***Mobius Temporal Destroyer Build***
Ship Gear: Full Borg Space Set
-Weapons-
Fore = 2 Fleet Advanced Antiproton DHC's + 1 Chroniton Beam Bank + 1 Temporal Disruption Device
Aft = 2 Fleet Advanced Antiproton Turrets + 1 Kinetic Cutting Beam
Devices = Red Matter Capacitor, Subspace Field Modulator
Consoles: Tachyokinetic Converter, Zero Point Energy Conduit, RCS Accelerator, Tipler Cylinder, Borg Assimilated Universal Module, Field Generator, Antiproton Mag Regulator x4
I decided to revise this build to take advantage of the Chroniton Dual Beam + BO1 and THY3 + Omega or Hyper-Plasmas in addition to DEM + Marion Frances Dulmer (DEM DOFF). The result: 5/5 1st place SB24 and Gorn Mine Field wins... this thing packs a punch!
***Mobius Temporal Destroyer Build #2***
Ship Gear: Reman Engine + Reman Deflector, Elite Fleet Resilient Shields [Cap]x2 [Reg] [Adapt]
-Weapons-
Fore = 2 Fleet Advanced Antiproton DHC's + 1 Chroniton Beam Bank + 1 Omega Torpedo Launcher or Romulan Hyperplasma Torpedo Launcher
Aft = 1 Fleet Advanced Antiproton Turret + 1 Kinetic Cutting Beam + Temporal Disruption Device (replace KCB with 2nd AP turret if Omega Torpedo Launcher is present)
Devices = Red Matter Capacitor, Subspace Field Modulator
Consoles: Tachyokinetic Converter, Zero Point Energy Conduit, RCS Accelerator, Tipler Cylinder, Borg Assimilated Universal Module, Field Generator, Antiproton Mag Regulator x4
My apologies for hijacking this thread a little, but I was wondering if an Aux2Bat-centric build is feasible for the Mobius?
It's doable but I wouldn't recommend it. You wouldn't have any science abilities so you would be stuck without HE1 - that's not something I'd ever want to be without in an STF. There are many suitable ships out there but the Mobius isn't one!
You don't need HE when running Aux2Bat M?bius as long as you run the Borg 2 piece set. I am running Aux2Bat on the destroyer and I have never had more fun with a build. With the high power levels and EPTS3 this ship can take huge amounts of punishment and dish out extreme damage at the same time. My favorite ship by a long shot. I also run the full Lobi set and it rocks in Elite STF's. Credit should go to another poster on the forums who listed an Aux2Bat build for this ship. Since I read that I have never looked back.

The 3 piece temporal set is a waste of space for an STF, borg are slow as it is, slowing them down and nerfing their turn rate isnt really going to make them die any faster. And I would avoid antiproton at any cost. You cant get the good bonuses on them and supposedly the proc is getting changed sometime in the future. You might as well run disruptors.

The Temporal Warfare set is only a waste if you're not running it on a Mobius or Wells since it accelerates all of their power / skill recharge rates. It makes taking out boss type spawns ridiculously easy (like KASE cubes and borg CSE Borg Raptors / Negh'Vars). I agree that you don't need it in ISE, but then again, you can't fail in ISE short of having AFK'er's comprising the whole team.

I didn't really know about Aux2bat until i researched it a bit ( http://www.stowiki.org/Ability:_Auxiliary_to_Battery ; http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=559831&highlight=Aux2Bat+build )
