Do captain abilities stack in pvp?

For example if I'm in a space pvp map and 3 other players are attacking me, can they all use attack pattern alpha on me at once or is it applied one at a time?

    Yes, in that case yes. The benefits of Attack Pattern Alpha are only for the user, so you can have 5 tactical officers shooting at you with APA.

    But you have others Captain powers like Tactical Fleet that grants buffs to you and all of your teammates, in this case they don't stack.

    Also, if 5 capitans is shooting at u and all of them activate APB, u will be debuffed 5 times.
