Deferra Missions black out

I cant seem to find any thread on this so if there is feel free to point it out. When I warp into the Deferra System or beam down to Ravah 2 everything is blacked out, i cant see targets, landscape, nothing. I assumed it was a graphics bug on my end but Ive updated my drivers but no luck. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you correct it?

    I had the same issue today. I had a UI and was able to target, but everything else was blacked out.
