Doffs for HE and TSS

Are there any doffs that reduce the CD's on hazzard emiiters or transfer shield strength? Similar to the damage control engineers that reduce the emergency powers to shields etc

    No. However there is a Doff that increases the effectivness of these powers. Also if you are looking for added healing Doffs there is another that adds a chance to heal over time for Aux to Sif.

    I think they are the ones that you can get at the embassy
