Devs: Vesta bridge. Make it happen.

    Why? The Vesta class is a standard 2409 Starfleet ship. They're not the class that the flagship belongs to, they're not from the 29th Century, they're not originally part of the Dominion, Breen, Ferengi, Tholian, Andorian, a civilian freighter, or anything else like that.

    As a standard, modern Starfleet issued ship, they can use any of the standard, modern bridges we already have available. If they're going to create a unique bridge for an existing ship, the D'Kyr should get one first.

    I have to agree as a Vesta owner that have paid for the bundle, that it too should have some kind of awesome unique bridge. But from what I've gathered hanging around in this forum awhile, you simply haven't had the time/resources to make one (yet)..?

    Another thing with this is, if you should make said bridge, please make the rest of the ship accessible too so it's not just a bridge.


    Note: I never visit my bridge, but perhaps I would if it were awesome.

    I'd trade my kumari bridge for a standard fed bridge anytime.
    It's small, empty, with only 2boffs inside, I can't use my trophies, and I can't access the rest of the ship (a console is used instead of the NPC for doffing). And I can't change it for anything else.

    The other ships that have unique bridges have a reason to have one. The Vesta doesn't. It never advertised having one, so if you don't think it's worth $50 without a bridge, then don't get it.

    If you're just trying to make the point that you're paying some amount of real money for it, and not just because it's $50 (though really, this is for 3 ships, albeit similar ones) and the actual price isn't a concern, then the Nebula, Tactical Escort Retrofit, MVAE, and many other C-Store ships that you have to pay for also don't come with unique bridges.

    The Vesta has the most customization in game out of all the three pack ships. You can customize the exterior and the interior. You can pick whichever bridge you want out of all the ones you have access to. You can pick the size of the interior you want. Hell, you can give it the TOS Connie or Defiant interior if you want.

    The Andorian ship(s) have no interior at all, just a lockbox style bridge (very pretty though), and you can't change it.

    Are you willing to sacrifice your Vesta's interior customization for a unique bridge? Because that's the direction Cryptic seems to be going.

    So ask for one? Why do you think it's an either/or? Why is it you people think that because one doesnt have something, that means another one SHOULD NOT have something? Childish "argument" at best.

    Go make a thread asking for what you want. Stop trolling threads created by others asking quite reasonably for what they want.

    I'd say for no other reason than the fact that all the bridges we do have do not look like 2409 (and isn't it 2412 now anyway?) bridges.

    'New' ships should have 'new' bridges.

    How is my disagreeing that the Vesta deserves a special bridge, especially with all the customization it already has compared to the other three-ship packs, trolling?

    The Oddy and Bort are 2409 ships and have virtually no customization. The Andorian Escorts are a sub-faction ship, built by members of the Federation rather than Starfleet proper. The Vesta class by comparison is 30(ish) years old by 2409. Why should it be given extra special treatment over contemporary ships like the Luna, Sovereign, or Prometheus classes?

    I purchased the Vesta pack, I'm currently using the tac variant on my sci alt. And I don't think the class needs anything extra over what it already has.

    Regrettably, I've come to the understanding that Cryptic hates Science Captains. Otherwise, the Vesta would have a bridge and the powers would be fixed so they werent so useless.

    The other ships I listed also don't give you 3 ships.

    And the point is of that saying it wasn't advertised with the bridge is that you got what you paid for already. It's like buying a car, then saying that because another model and brand of car with a similar price has power windows, you should get power windows in yours too for free.

    Besides, there simply is no in game reason for it to have a unique bridge.

    Useless?! Do you even fly that ship? It's a freaking beast. It's the only 'cruiser' I can actually stomach flying.

    You have full interior customization* with the Aquarius bridge (Odyssey).

    *as in like with any other stock bridge; not full customization like most of us want to have *sigh*

    Thread is resurrected with the knowledge that the Scimitar Pack has a unique bridge. It's time the vesta got her own bridges.

    The Odyssey bundle can use whatever Federation bridge and interior layout you see fit to throw in it. Your argument is invalid.

    The highlighted area is incorrect. The Vesta line of ships have been in service since 2380.

    As long as we are forced to have the unique bridge, and can't take a "standard" bridge : NO.
    I have an ugly and very small bridge on my Kumari, and while it's canon, and would want something else.
