FED character "look" transfer to KDF?

I have a character I have on FED I would like to add to KDF side. BUt I don't want to do the manual changing of the setting since its a real headache.. No chance for me to transfer the "looks" to KDF side without the manual thing??


Please .. please...please...???

Oh... my FED is an alien!

    I am pretty sure it is impossible.

    I think your only option is to reroll the character as a KDF, and manually input all the creation settings. A pain I know, but unfortunately I think that is how the system works.

    Even if you saved the visuals for your fed character, they are locked to that faction so you couldn't load them later on the KDF side.

    i think if you save a uniform, it'll save all the character options as well...

    as to if you can load said save when making a KDF is unknown.

    I did as little cheat so I could clone my alien fed over to kdf.

    I saved my Feds appearance under the Uniform category, then I went on to my KDF alien and first changed the category to Honor guard (I assume omega also works if you have it unlocked) then I went to the second menu where you adjust height and body shape. From that menu I loaded my fed appearance with the "just outfit" box checked. Since it was a uniform and I was under the Honor guard category it caused a glitch to where my feds face and body loaded in.

    This might seem complicated but was very easy. I think the off duty category could also work for fed.
