[Bug Report] Andorian Ship - Healing Issue

All shield or hull healing skills, when slotted on the Andorian vessels have ridiculously low performance.

You know how when you're on a ground map and you look at your stats for space and they're all TRIBBLE?

It's like that, but worse. Transfer shield strength 3 heals 134 shield damage.

Emergency Power to Shields 1 heals 450 damage.

This cannot be intended, and if it is then TRIBBLE this I'm demanding a refund, because NOWHERE in the ship stats did it list this kind of 'feature.

EDIT: it's ignoring power levels, rep skills, seems to have a 0.1 shield modifier... wtf did you even test this ship?

    All healing skills on Kumari (tested on Charal) seem broken, giving only about 1/3 of their original values.

    Example:
    Hazard Emitters 2 on my previous escort healed about 12k HP over 15 seconds while at ~70 aux power.
    Hazard Emitters 2 on Kumari heals only about 4k HP over 15 seconds while at ~70 aux power.

    The same goes for EPtS, Borg 2-piece set bonus, and probably all other shield and HP healing abilities.

    Not sure if bug or a feature... Cryptic did say the ship is supposed to be a glass cannon, but I didn't find any mention that this means all healing skills are inherently nerfed...

    Most likely down to not being tested properly :p

    EptS1 only gives approx. 473 heal vs other ships at circa 1340 heal. Is this by design?

    Well, EPtS scales on your EPS skill... it shouldn't change so drastically (it's about a third as effective as on any of my other escorts). It's pretty obviously bugged.

    It's not just EPtS, HE and probably all heals are affected.

    My money is on another bug. But it'd be an interesting way to limit certain ship's healing by giving them a "healing mod". Maybe...
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    Part of me wonders if this is some future nerf code that accidentally went live and was intended with broader scope than just the Andorian Escort.

    Just a note: The borg two part set bonus does differ drastically from one ship to another. AFAIK, it's directly linked to your max hull HP (as is also listed in the description in the passives coumn). On my Oddy, one tick of Autonomous regeneration sequence goes for over 2k, on my escorts, it's below 1500.

    For the rest though, the Kumari line is mightily bugged.

    tac version with maco MKXII shields 6700 per facing.

    eng version with maco MKXII shields 11500 per facing.

    both ships have same shield modifiers... seems something is wrong to me

    there's always gonna be bugs to start of with and next maint is next Thursday so when next week comes and your ships been Nerf there's room for more crying .i put a thread up check it out . gullible people to easy to throw money away

    Devs have stated this was intended. NO gimmicks for me on these buggy new buggies.

    i know you guys said it was a glass cannon but dam you couldnt heal a paper cut in this thing and im using the engineer version

    Paper cut? You don't know how to use the three seashells? :P

    Ok so, from what I've seen here is what's wrong with it:

    -Healing abilities (eg Hazzard, TSS etc) only heal 1/3 of what they do on other escorts.

    -The special wing abilities put your cannon skills (eg rapid fire) on cooldown. Really? Yeah lets use something that does 13k and takes 4 seconds to charge instead of Rapid fire 3... that sounds fair...

    -The max shields on it are off... By A LOT..... My Chimera which has the same shield midifier (0.9) has 8.4k shields, and with the same exact setup and shields, the Andorian has 5.5k.

    This ship is not playable right now in stfs or pvp. I LOVE the look and feel of it, but this is beyond broken as far as defense. I guess you weren't lying what you said it was a glass cannon.

    I would like my zen back... Ship is completely useless to do any missions
