Hello, i am asking to anyone that can, the email address of Branflakes, as i need to inform him on some issues that i have on STO (with my character), that have not been addressed in a long time, i HAVE used the proper channels to report them but that have not been treated or look up.

1) Branflakes can't fix things. If you can't get your situation resolved through proper channels Branflakes won't be able to help you any better because he uses proper channels
2) This isn't the technical support forum. If you go there it will be resolved better.
oh and 3) We all have issues that have never been address. Ever. It is extremely common practice. We had our own T-Shirts made and started a club. We meet on Sundays to talk about our feelings.

I don't see why Bran couldn't respond. If indeed this player has exhausted all options.
We all know Cryptics customer service is lacking in some regards.

Yes it is a bug in the game, i have had many bug reports, currently 4 have been answered, however every time they answered they marked it as solved, and now they have not answered the last two.
It is a problem with my character only, i can not buy the light cruiser/frigate on any ship vendor on any place, yet i am able to buy or reclaim all the other ships, i have tried all the possible solutions they told me to try but the "leftmost" or "earliest" ship i can get by any means is the TOS/TAS Constitution class. I am very tired of this bug, and it has been so very frustrating to re explain the bug and all the proceedings that i took to try to solve it over and over again to the different people that answered my tickets.
I am aware that this is not the technical support forum, my goal was to reach Mr. Branflakes so maybe he could forward my issue to the proper place, as i have no other options left.

Most of the time, bug reports are not answered.
They go to the bug people, but you won't generally be contacted.
Is it just on one character or ALL characters?
Is it a zstore ship or regular ship or fleet ship?
Is it after ranking up?
Do you have a token or enough dil for it?

As far as I know, unless its been changed, the Miranda class ship cannot be reclaimed by anyone, once deleted. I heard rumors that this was going to change around season 5, but I don't know if that ever came to fruition.

Guys, the frigate can be reclaimed with dilithium, my GF and my brother both of them have done so already, my brother three times, it has been like this since a little after S6.
The light cruiser is available from the ship requisitions officer, Lt. Laurel, in the Earth Spacedock shipyard. As it is a light cruiser, it does not fit into the other ship categories, so make sure that you have not set the filter settings to look only for "cruisers" or the like.
Please, that has been repeated to me many many times, it was the first thing i did when i went to claim it for the first time, even when i do that, the only ship available is the TOS/TAS Constitution.
The light cruiser will only appear in the ship store if you have used the free promotion token for a Lt. Commander level ship. (This helps to keep new players from accidentally picking this ship again when they should be upgrading at low ranks.) Check one of the Lt. Cmdr. level ships and see if it lists its cost as a free ship token that you have. If so, select one. (This would be the Saber-class escort, the Nova-class science vessel, or the Vesper-class cruiser, or one of the variants of those). Once you have used that free ship token, close the vendor window and speak to Lt. Laurel again, and see if the light cruiser appears in the listing.
IT WORKED!, I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT IT WORKED!, i need some dilithium because right now i am a little short BUT I CAN COMMISSION A FRIGATE NOW!
Thank you VERY VERY much for solving this issue, you have no idea how long i wanted to had my frigate back, how frustrating it has been all this time.
