Elite Fleet Ship Weapons

At what Tier do the Elite Fleet Ship Weapons unlock?

I found the deflector/engine/shields but not the weapons

Any help is appreciated.

    Elite Fleet Weapons will only be available as Federation Phasers or Klingon Disruptors. Stats will be [Dmg]x2, [SHeal], and a mod of the player's choice ([Acc], [CrtX], etc.)

    So in terms of hitting power, Elite Fleet weapons will be slightly weaker than Advanced but provides self-healing procs.

    I've already decided to stick with the advanced weaponry, I'm expecting the price for elite weapons to be crazy expensive.
