    how realistic do you think it is that they'll implement a fully fledged romulan faction before the KDF is "completed". if any, you should expect the old "mini-faction" idea...

    Rehashing yesterday's news already! This game may of had 2 million players try it but I would say you are lucky to have a couple of hundred thousand that have played regularly over that time. The content featured in the video doesn't show much for a year in review. This game needs more and a lot of it to keep it interesting for the players that don't get bored of the excessive grinds and move on.

    well, yeah you both are prolly right about that.. i got a lot of doubt too, but i still keep my hopes up.. cause i want to command a deridex and do some fully fledged intruigin tal shiar like missions since day 1 :D

    Cryptic loves making the KDF mad, so I think very likely. :D

    I think it makes sense, Denise Crosby first reprises her role as Tasha Yar and maybe in May she will probably reprise her role as Empress Sela! Now its speculation but man I hope that "Beneath Raptors Wing" features Denise Crosby as Sela!

    I took Season 6 off (about 7months actually, from April until S7 Launch) from STO, but otherwise, it's been a pretty good half-year for me. I really enjoyed the 2800 Featured Series at the first part of the year, had a blast at the Winter Wonderland, and otherwise, so far am having a good time with S7.

    Nice video. Someone needs to get Brandon some coffee, sugar, or something to amp him up a bit though. Sorry dude, but your voice over was a little sleepy/monotonous. Also, Tasha's toon needs to blink from time to time. lol. Otherwise, it was a neat year-in-review.

    And the "Under the Raptor's Wings" teaser at the end? Fascinating!

    Let's see. Two days before the actual anniversary of game launch. So Happy Headstart everyone! I will always look back fondly upon the Great Borg Massacre of Earth Space Dock. We all died well. Again and again. :P :cool:

    Brandon, I know that you're not about to reveal what "March under the raptor's wings" means, but can you please at least reveal what is that awesome tune that plays in the background of the video? :D

    There's a growing opinion that the KDF is actually better off starting at level 21. Many people ask for a boost like that even on their Fed characters, and starting at level 1 would probably mean just a whole lot more of the same old same old, not anything new or innovative. So if the Romulans were added as a simialr type faction, that would be cool.

    Perhaps you have to play a Klingon to max level before unlocking a Romulan? That would likely be a good compromise.

    What I DON'T want is a Romulan faction that's levels 1-20 on their own, and then they join Starfleet or the KDF. That would be utter nonsense.

    Most likely, yes. While I'd bet good money it would be no more or less fleshed out than the KDF, I believe this what we're hoping it to be. As I've said before, it makes perfect sense. 2013 will see the release of the next big AAA mmo in The Elder Scrolls Online and the release of The Old Republic's expansion.

    If Cryptic wants to remain competitive in this time, they'd have to add something of significant value to keep people around. Since a new faction has to be one of the most clamored for updates, that's what we'll get.

    Also, I bet the reference of updating the timeline means the Federation tutorial is going to be redone and the canon will move beyond 2409 and onto 2410.

    Time will tell! (Heh, get it? No? Well, the Stardate is a measurement of...oh, so you do get it. Then why didn't you laugh? Because you have no sense humor, I say!)

    No offense to whoever made the Cryptic video but this is so much better and was done by an actual player and known member of the STO community. Excellent job, RachelGarrett!
