Looking for family-friendly fleet

My 10 year old son and I just started playing. He accepted a "drive-by" fleet invitation, and although I'm sure they're very nice people, I would rather he (and I)joined a fleet that is family-friendly and casual and preferably doesn't take the game too seriously. People who understand when it's homework and bedtime time and realize that we do have a real life with other obligations. Please contact me if you're looking for members like us. BTW, we are on Pacific time, but are flexible, since we'll be playing on weekends. Thanks!

Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game and in some cases RL. We have a fleet TeamSpeak3 server that we use for voice chat not just in-game but also to hang out as well and get to know each other better (not required, just available). Many of us are located on the East Coast (USA).
Although I say our fleet is dedicated, we also realize that everyone has lives as well, so therefore when you need to take the time, you don't need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet due to RL too. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand that sometimes real life issues and problems can take time to resolve, and that some time is needed to sort things out.
So please, think about joining and moving with us into 2409 armed with the best Intel, the most specific and targeted body of knowledge about STO, and a group of Fleet-mates who will be there with you in the crunch.

Being a father of three myself I understand where you are coming from completely!
We are a small fleet of casual gamers from all around the world! Everyone is pretty friendly and we'd love to have you come out with us. All we really ask is that you try to be active in fleet chat so we know you're there and part of the team! Other than that all we want is to have fun! The Office of Naval Intelligence *ONI* is dedicated to providing a safe and relaxed atmosphere where our members can come and enjoy Star Trek Online. We are a casual fleet and all we really ask is for our members to remain social.
At ONI we enforce that RL and family ALWAYS come before a video game. We have members who are on every day and members who may only log on once or twice a weak. We have players from all different backgrounds and age groups. We stress that a family atmosphere is a MUST and strive to maintain a family style atmosphere with our fleet.

We have in game events going on frequently, and have a widespread player base in many time zones, so you always have someone else to play with. The only requirement for membership is a monthly role call, and you are free to set your own commitment level.
