Expended $1,961 USD on this game - regretting it all. This game and some of its staff disappointed me, time and again, per every single cent spent!!!

    We would need the original to be playable first. Even then, that ship has been given mixed feelings.

    Hasn't Cryptic heavily implied that the Typhoon would be a Tier 6 ship so have to wait for a level cap increase to get it?

    I want it as much as CrashDragon wants cancer. :P

    Still, it is really just a skin for the Sovereign. Couldn't be too hard to activate for players given that it is already in-game.

    Somehow the Typhoon design reminds me of retro American Musclecar.. the saucer design and the double barreled nacelles... screams HOT ROD!! :D

    If Cryptic would add this ship into the game, I hope it will be the ultimate federation dreadnaught/warship. Make it the top bird!

    THE TYPHOON SUCKS! I've fought two at a time on advanced difficulty and my Odyssey crushed them. The Jupiter sucks too. I once played a foundry mission, on advanced, where my Emissary crushed a Jupiter and two Mirandas at the same time. This was after fighting a Typhoon, an Emissary, a Dervish, a Polaris and nine Mirandas simultaneously. The Terran Empire sucks.

    You do realize that any correlation between mirror npc ships and player ships is non-existent, right?

    You can have your Typhoon when I get my Ptomney Class.....

    As for Mirror Defiant; very unlikely. Was taked about a few monhs back.
    It is the Escorts turn for mirror ship, but will probably be Patrol escort/Advanced Escort (Inverted). Can't see Cryptic wanting relatively cheap Defiants on the Exchange.

    I have destroyed over 200 Tholian ships with my Odyssey in under a month. I've also outlasted the Borg Queen, crushed Elite Cubes and Transwarp Conduits by myself, earned the Starfleet Silver Star for 75 Elite STF victories, and the medals for 25 Elite STF Infected Space victories, 25 Elite STF Cure Space victories and 25 Elite STF Khitomer Space victories. Tell me again how the Odyssey sucks?

    That is dependent on the Captain, not the ship itself. You want to test the ship, set your difficulty to Elite and go head to head with the Borg. I beat the Queen by myself in my old anniversary Odyssey, not even my new Tac Odyssey. Has your Tholian scrap heap done that?

    my Miranda has.. the tholian "scrap metal" sorta hangs around the fleet starbase.

    WHAT? How the hell did a Tier 1 ship even get into an STF? And I'm talking about the Queen's Diamond not a stupid Cube. Are you saying you have actually beaten Hive Onslaught by yourself with a ****ing Miranda?

    Have you done it without dieing? Have you gone toe to toe with the Queen and not only destroyed her, but outlasted her? Suicide attacks don't count. It doesn't prove how good your ship is, just how crazy your captain is.

    I did better than the Huston.. which was a odessey.. and my persnickety typhoon ship backed us upand survived for the entire thing :P

    My Odyssey took the Queen by itself without any additional support and did not die. Huston was destroyed by a plasma lance from a Command Ship, not by the Queen herself. The Miranda is like a mosquito, small and annoying. The Odyssey is more resilient than a Borg Diamond.

    Hey, wait a minute. You just contradicted your own story. How could you destroy the Queen by using self destruct and NOT DIE. Self destruct means your ship killed itself.

    CMDRSKYFALLER backed you up by saying he's seen you take out the Queen with Self Destruct DOFF3. That is still dieing. And you haven't answered my question. Has your Miranda fought the Queen without any support, no Typhoons no anything, and survived?
