Are there silly, goofy missions out there?

mimey2mimey2 Member Posts: 0 Arc User
Since it'd be really quite difficult to figure out through looking at long lists, I'd just like to ask, are there silly, humorous Foundry missions out there? I don't mind if they qualify for the daily or not, I'm mostly curious about if there are any. If this is the wrong spot, apologies on it, but I figured I'd ask.

I don't want really dumb, 'hurr hurr, that's funny' though; but that kind of humor that Star Trek has had throughout it's life is more what I am searching for.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

I put a lot of humor into "Raktajino in a Jar" my KDF spotlight mission. Especially if you like things like Monty Python or Top Gear.

"Nobody expects the Ferengi Commerce Authority!"

And do yourself a favor, listen to the song the band is playing. I'll give out a prize to anyone who can guess the song and band, lol.

Zorbane's "Duritanium Man" is a good parody/homage mission.

"Relics" and "Helna of Troy" are both pretty silly. Oh and "Slaves and Seductions" is a comedy.

FYI it's down right now for repairs

    EDIT:

I have a controversial suggestion. The Vampires of Risa series. The grammar and spelling is really bad but I've never played missions as ridiculous as those. Make sure you go in with the same expectations as going to watch a terrible movie.

Jump do'it is amusing. It's actually a recreation of the old Q*bert videogame.

I tried adding humor to my entry for the last foundry challenge, but might not have succeeded.

If I tried to do that people would give me one star reviews because I couldn't have the boffs really sit in the chair... I wish that was a joke.

My "Resolution" missions (Finding Resolution & Avenging Resolution) have a lot of sarcastic/joking dialogue responses but are otherwise serious stories.

With the changes to the Foundry mission, I'm gonna finally try these out now. I kept forgetting to do so before.

I dunno, if I had to come up with a humorous mission, it would probably be along the lines of the Borg and Q having a hissy fit....

Borg encounter Windows Vista, shields go offline, Borg go completely blank, then start dancing. Q takes a mess of cubes and shows off his LEGO prowess.

    Hilarity ensues.

(well, yea, mine wouldn't be so much "Trek" humor as a simple send up of the franchise...)

The funniest missions I've ever played were made by Borghugger. They are like Futurama episodes, where everyone is loony but strangely, it all feels natural .

I forget the mission's name, but when the Cardassian lock boxes first came out, there was a mission that made complete fun of them and even though I don't always like the humorous missions, that one genuinely gave me a laugh.
