    Cryptic can't use material that was created by other game-companies like the SUVWI'QEH Class from "Klingon Academy" and they can't use fan-created stuff like the Bird of Death either.

    the point is they are for hire with some NICE designs

    We don't really need tier 6 ships...why do we need them? So much time and money would be thrown away and TRIBBLE off many players.
