Purple Field Generator Mk XI drops non-existent

I've been searching exchange for weeks but have yet to see any Purple Field Generator Mk XI's. The only ones for sale are all Mk XII's.

I believe purple Field Generator Mk XI's not dropping IS a bug. Can any Dev's or other official Cryptic person confirm or deny this?

    From what I know field generators dont drop period. The only way is crafting, powered alien artifact doff mission, and dili store
