Will we see the Breen ship, again?

So, my computer died in mid-November, and ever since, I've been stuck on an HP Mini netbook... In December, I found out about this new Breen-ship event, and out of desperation, I tried installing STO on my netbook... As it turns out, netbooks + STO = Fail. Now I'm wondering if there will ever be a lock box or C store version of the Gel Chett. (Nuts as it sounds, the Chel Grett is the sexiest ship I've ever seen, and... IT'S BREEN!) I really hope so, because last I heard, it's bound to character... And seeing that I can't participate/win the winter event, chances are, I'll never get the ship... :/ Really wanted to participate in the event. I was such a big fan of the Breen, in DS9. To see such an opportunity go, sucks.

    Looking at the pattern, I would comfortably say that the breen ship will definitely be available again. Not sure if it will be free though, they might include it in a DOFF pack or something.

    But next winter event will probably be something new.

    If cryptic is really eevil ,they will put up th breen ship again as well as a new one.
    That way if you run the ice game like crazy, you might(!) get enough 8x10s to get both.
    2000 photos shouldn't be impossible if you run every day, and save whatever you managed of this years photos.

Thanks for the reply. <3 Really brings some comfort, as the Breen are definitely my favorite Star Trek race! :D If they'd put the Breen ship on C-store for 2000-2,500 Zen, I'd buy it in a heart beat. Do you think, perhaps, they'd make it a trade-item, after the event? o: After all, I do hear that a few people would like to sell it, and there'd be no reason not to make it trade-worthy! :3 After all, after the winter event, no one can abuse/get a million of them, and sell! So, it'd still be sorta rare! :3!

    They will not be tradeable, at least not the QWW versions. They know people farm these and would sell them for profit.

    Look for these to resurface in a future Doff pack offering or maybe the Lobi store. Of course you can pay the Lobi now to buy pics to buy the ship but that's mighty expensive and the ship isn't near worth what that would cost.

    If the Jemmie Bug ship is any indication, they will bring back the Breen Ship. Will it be in the C-store. No. I think there is no chance of that, but I can't imagine they would not bring it back in some fashion.

    I would not be surprised if the Chel Grett came back for an encore. By rights this ship should be put in the cstore if it did.
    Using the CBS excuse regarding not wanting everyone flying these and putting it in the lobi store instead, is moot when every single person in the game could get one of them without much efort ;)

    putting the Breen ship in the C store is just asking for trouble, then the screams of putting all the other alien ships in the C store will never end.

    I think it will be brought back in a Doff pack as a random rare award.

    There's also the possibility that it will be brought back as an option for WW3 (Winter Wonderland, not World War), with the option to buy a different Breen ship in the same event.

    The description clearly states that the console can be used on any other Breen ship. That's my rationale for the response.

    Dont think it will be in a box with DoFFs for sale. More than likely will be at the lobi store or reward for summer events

    Oh I know, and that should happen.

    They cannot use that excuse any more. Clearly CBS did not have a problem with federation captains flying a Breen ship, nor will have had any problem with us piloting the previous Cardassian, Ferengi, Dominion ships either.

    Or, something changed....who knows??

    I guess we will never know if it was indeed CBS blocking it, or simply Cryptic/PWE wanting to charge $300 for a per character ship. Though I am thinking the latter and not the former ;)

    Agreed! I wouldn't mind paying upwards, from 2,000 Cryptic points, just to get my hands on this thing! I mean, if it was that easy to get... Why put it in a lock box? Or worse... $115 worth of Lobi crystals, according to some! If they do plan to bring it back, for the Spring event... Oh my god, I'd be happy. But yea, C-Store = Major win. Why should CBS care, anyways? Star Trek DS9 is 10yrs old, and Star Trek 2009 seems so popular nowadays.

    Very true. Everywhere I look, I see some guy in a Galor, a Tholian or a Breen ship. It would be nice if they started putting the Breen ship in C store. For its stats, I'd definitely give 2,000-2,500 or more cryptic points! Awesome cruiser/escort hybrid, and honestly a dream to have. At least put it in the next event! o:.

    No doubt by the time they decide to put this ship in the c store or wherever, there will be a thousand more capable ships released fed side and maybe one on the KDF equalling it.

    We've yet to see the stats for the Ambassador.

    Oh and I have two that I don't want/need if they ever make them tradeable, they are yours.

    DUDE <3333333333! I'D LOVE YOU, IF YOU TRADED ONE OF THEM!!! (NO HOMO) Honestly? I am more of a tac/cruiser liker, and that ship is just... PERFECT! Stats, everything, and besides. I adore the Breen! :D! THANK YOU!!!! (If it does become tradeable. D:!)

    It is feasible that they would indeed do it. That is exactly what they did with the Bug ship. I could see them bring back the Dominion Doff pack with a chance to get either the Bug or Chel.
