I've tried searching for some build threads with no succes

So I'm gunna ask anyway

After months and months of reading people rant about the fleet torkhat Im gunna use some dilithium and EC and buy me one of these beauty's

Question #1 - Now I've seen people hammering little Feds in Kerrat is it a feasible pvp without sacrificing its survivability through RCS modifiers and Boff skills if so how?

Question #2 - Now I haven't done much of the sticking around and fighting in pvp I'm usually a bop alpha strike kinda guy this is how I would like to set the ship up please pick and laugh as much as possible so I get this right

Lt.Tactical - tactical team 1, CannonRapidFire1

Lt.Com.Tactical - TT1, CRF1, Attackpatternomega1

Commander engineer - EPTS1, RSP1, EWP2, AuxToSif3

Ens. Engineer - EPTS1

Universal Lt.Science - HE1, TSS2

Fore - 4 dhc disruptor

Aft - 2 turrets disruptor, breen cluster torp, transphasic mine

Doffs - 1x shield distribution
3x evasive Maneuvres reduction
1x Emergency power to x boost all power levels

I am a tactical captain

Thanks for any help your willing to offer

I've been using a build as of late, that while slightly exotic and requiring careful watching of your BOFF cooldowns, is just a brutal ship.

    Weapons:
    4x polarized disruptor single cannons
    3x polarized disruptor turrets
1x borg cutting beam (Idk how much dmg it actually does, but it sure looks neat!)

    BOFFs:
Tac and sci boffs are pretty much the same

    Engie cmdr:
    epts1, aux to batt1, aux to si2, DEM3

    Engie ens:
    eptw1

DOFFS (here's what really makes the build work)
3x purple techs (to reduce boff cd's when using aux to batt)
    1x attack pattern doff
    1x shield distro doff

Making the switch from DHCs to singles, while i lose some burst dmg allows much greater sustained dmg, and it's much easier to keep those pesky defiants in your arc while slamming them with a tac buffed DEM. The switch to singles also made turn rate less of an issue, so i was able to drop the 2 rcs consoles i was using for 2x Neutronium for some resists.

The basic attack goes much like this: apa, eptw, crf, dem, tac team, apo, then wait a few sec, and activate aux to batt. This will allow you to throw out that combo every 30 sec, while throwing out another cannon skill, epts, and tac team 15 sec into your initial alpha. Waiting a few seconds before activating your aux to batt will bring the cd for both pretty much in line with each other. It also lets you use DEM about every 45 sec making for a pretty high pressure, sustained DPS kinda build. Good luck!

There are 4 or 5 fleet vorchas in the thread that Roach linked, including one that isn't in the table of contents that uses all the rep stuff.

Sorry but this build is just not good.

Singles on this ship is a crime. Take EWP with doffs and TB. Now you have 2 holds to help you get targets in your arc, one with the potential to easily tick for over 1k if you follow some of the other things in that thread.

A2B with tech doffs is for running 2 copies or none. 2 slams everything to global, allowing you to stop doubling up on TT and CRF, allowing a HYT or BO for spiking or a TS for applying plasma dots; 2 copies also means you will have 125 weapons, shields, and for DHC arc pusposes, engines at all times. The entire purpose of A2B is lost in the build tidetogo1 posted, because the whole point is to not run 2 copies of the same ability (TT and CRF) and A2B steps on Aux2Sif. You don't run those two together.

These points are all in the DDIS thread previously mentioned.

And plus, every time you put single cannons on a klingon cruiser a tribble breeds.

Been toying with it for a few days now and I seem to be only able to get away with single cannons

Tried using ddis hold version and people seem to just get out of them as quick as I can click the button

I'm addicted to demIII with crf and attack pattern alpha shields just melt then the ships to go with it

I use the conn Doffs to reduce evasive and only use app when I need to turn fast

I know someone said its a crime using singles but keeping defiant s in that 45 degree crosshairs is crazy hard

I probably just need more practice as I'm probably trying to get too close and not used to using reverse(bop driver)

**edit** I can't afford to try the aux to bat version most the stuff I buy is from earned dilit and to buy a technician Klingon side would take longer than I have left to live

CRF and DEM is a good combo, no doubt. Things are actually easier to keep in arc on an A2B build because engine power is maxed all the time, which increases maneuverability. Makes it easier to paint with EWP too.
