So for sometime now I've been using mkxii Borg dual heavys and turrets on my ship. But I've Been looking at the elite fleet weapons and they have a much better dps.

But.....

There are 3 different types and I don't know what ones are the best ones to go for.
I'm going by memory here but I think the 3 types are

Dmg x3 (acc)
Dmg x3 (critD +30)
Dmg x3 (critD +20) (critH +3)

I think that's right but really not sure. What about if I get one of each for dual heavys and turrets? Would that be a good idea or a bad one?

Thanks
P.s
Bit excited today as my 2year old boy has his first day at nursery. Very proud dad here. Lol

    Taken from another thread.

    Acc> CrtH > CrtD> Dmg

I guess running all Acc or CrtD+CrtH would be good.

With an all anti-proton fleet build, I went with CritH to maximize critical chance. If you really aren't interested in PvP, you can safely miss out Acc, assuming your targeting skill isn't zero, as NPCs rarely have a high defense rating, especially the stationary objects in stfs.

Excess accuracy is converted in to crit chance if you have already negated the target's defense. Hence, even in PVE, acc is king.

Actually, excess accuracy translates into critical hit severity not chance to critical.

This is 100% dead on, have to hit before you can crit, have to crit before severity is a factor, any escort is going to be better off with [acc]x3 or [acc]x2 [crth] than the fleet weapons

NO, no, no. Where is this misinformation coming from? Ever wonder why ACCx3 weapons on the Exchange are so expensive? It is both:
