Several months ago, two days into Season 6, a couple of poker players from England decided to start a fleet and build a starbase. From these humble and misguided beginnings, Senior Officers Poker Club is now a fantastic group of players - both new officers and grizzled veterans - who take an active and varied interest in all aspects of the game. The Starbase (Casino Alpha) is working towards Tier 4, and the Embassy (New Romulus Royale) is Tier 1. As many of us have jobs and/or a life outside the game, our peak online times are usually 1900 GMT onward. Put simply, we want to add similarly awesome folks to the roster... If you're reading this, you might be one of them!
What we're looking for
- Any level: from Lieutenant to Vice Admiral.
- Most importantly, a good attitude: for the new players this means a willingness to learn with advice, rather than having everything done for you; for STO Veterans it means a non-elitist attitude and a helpful disposition, an ability to let other players do things their own way if they so choose.
- Casual players with an interest in any or all of PvE, PvP, Space and Ground combat
- UK based as a preference, although we welcome international players.
- Sorry kiddies, but we prefer 18 or over. We're here to captain starships, not babysit!
What you get for being awesome
- A fun environment and group of players to enjoy the game with how you like. We encourage team activity (and are quite good at it!) although no-one is compelled to do anything they don't want to...

- Following contribution to Fleet Projects, free access to our well-provisioned Fleet Stores. That's right! No asking permission for access: once you've proven yourself you can buy what you what, when you want.
- Access to Fleet Banking facilities
- Our Starbase can supply ships up to Tier 3 (including the new Fleet Excelsior), as well as Advanced Fleet weaponry and Elite ground equipment.

- To continue having fun!
- And achieving things while doing so.
- To continue growing the fleet into a med-sized and well-respected Fleet within the STO community.
- To fully explore strange new content, to seek out new life and new bad guys, and to shoot them.
In addition, we welcome enquiries from solo players who wish to access our Shipyard in return for contributions of Dilithium to fleet projects. We offer a competitive rate

Still open to recruits for anyone looking at a fleet that continues to advance and adding new members.
