Hands down, which one do you think is the best KDR ship (pvp ). For a Tactical captain of course. Any ship that cost ZEN, dil, fleet credits only! Will it be the deadly bops? Or the fearsome raptors? Or maybe the destroyers might come up on top! Thanks all!
Although I have yet to use it, I would say the Fleet Tor'Kaht Battle Cruiser Retrofit. It has a fair mix of Tactical and Engineering stations, can equip cannons and is more durable that any Escort. Not only that, but you've got x8 weapon ports. Obviously you're let down a little by the turn rate, but you've got the ability of Torp Spread 3 with this to make up for multiple targets, one bonus that few Cruisers have.
The cost is x4 Fleet Modules and 20,000 Fleet Credits, though it is a Tier 5 unlock.

Actually, this is a Tier 3 ship and the Tor'Kaht is incredible.
If you're in the market for one, I strongly recommend picking it up.
I flown all sorts and it's really boils down to playstyle.
BoP's have versitility and battlecloak, but is fragile.
The Raptor has nice rounded performance, just a bit slower turning than Fed Escorts.
The Garumba has the Lance and takes a while to charge.
The Destroyer has semi-verstility and Battlecloak. But a Tactical with a Disruptor build, the Lotus can dish out some serious damage.
And the Tor'kaht is a powerhouse that may lack the Tactical Commander (so no Rapid Fire 3 or Omega 3), but makes up with 8 weapon slots. She is essentially a true "Heavy Escort".
So there is no real "Best", just those that fit a players need. To be a tanking escort (Tor'Kaht) or a hit and run type player (BoP).

What he said^^
There is only what works Best for you.
You, as a Tac Captain, can't over look the Kar'fi Battle Carrier either.
LtCom and Lt Tac spots and can use cannons, so can get good damage of of her.
Toss on some Advanced Siphon Drones and Tyken's Rift 3, and you will shut down and solo Elite STF Tactical Cubes.
[SIGPIC]This is not as good as it used to be...[/SIGPIC]
B'rel Bird of Prey Retro, Fleet Hoh'Sus, Fleet Somraw, Fleet Torkaht, and Tac Bortasqu are what I use most on my tac. I would only recomend Bortasqu if you are used to piloting a slow turn ship though, many can't seem to stand it but it works for me and has more firepower then Torkaht.
I'm thinking about getting a scourge retrofit, it's a pretty good ship. Although I'm still not sure yet. And I really do not like slow turning ships, so I guess the Tor'kaht won't be on my list. So it's probably going to be a raptor, bop, or destroyer.
I love My B'rel Retrofit! I have mine outfitted with The Isometric Charge as well as The console where you can knockback enemy ships and jam their sensors! plus i put both jam sensors and scamble sensors along with Plasma Torps and Mines plus AP Beams!

As many people here state, the Fleet Thorkat is a very nice ship (for PvE), for PvP I would prefer a ship with a higher turn rate. Though, a beam build Thorkat might be viable, with a cannon build you can be outrun very easy in PvP, if you do not run Aux2Damp.
For PvP, I would always choose the most agile ship offering the best firepower, which is currently the fleet HoH'Sus BoP. Qins have the problem with the turn point beeing more cruiser like in the back.
No ships that cost fleet modules please, like i stated before. ZEN, dil, and fleet credit ships only
Funny, the best Fleet Ships are the ones that require modules - afterall, acquiring several modules via Zen is like purchasing a CStore ship, with the added cost of Fleet Credits.
I heard the Mirror Universe Vorcha is something to be reckon with. I don't own one, but its what I had heard.
Fleet Tor'Kaht is hands down the best ship the Klingons have access to right now.
It's so ridiculously flexible that it's almost insane. It's tough, it can turn really well, it's got immense firepower, it's got great seating, it's a 10 console, 8 weapon boat, 1.1 shield modifier..
Seriously, the Fleet Tor'Kaht is the only ship in the game that I can think of that has no glaring, serious flaws. It has no weaknesses to try and patch up, it has no disabilities, and even it's weakest points are strengths when compared to everything else around it.

The Fl. Qin still has the softness of the TRIBBLE. Qin and after looking at the Fl. Somraw I was about to park my Qin. That was before the QWW.
Awoken Dead
Now shaddup about the queues, it's a BUG

Wicks and Things: NW-DI4FMZRR4 : The Fenwick merchant family has lost a caravan! Can you help?
Beggar's Hollow: NW-DR6YG4J2L : Someone, or something, has stolen away many of the Fenwicks' children! Can you find out what happened to them?
Into the Fen Wood: NW-DL89DRG7B : Enter the heart of the forest. Can you discover the secret of the Fen Wood?
