How to get Elite STF Costumes/Accolades in new Omega Rep?

In the old system, for my Main toon, Havelock, I was able to get all three Mk XI MACO and Omega Force ground sets. I have completed both MACO and Omega Force Veteran accolades and unlocked the "armor" costumes that do not include Helmets.

I still need to get the Mk XII versions. I'm at T4 in the Omega Rep System (I expect to get to T5 in about 10 days). It is my understanding I'll be able to buy the Mk XII gear from my Omega Rep "store" when I get to T5, is this correct? Will buying them this way, complete my MACO Commando and Omega Force Operative accolades, thereby unlocking the helmeted versions of the costumes?

Also, I recall right around the time I took my hiatus from STO, there was a new hotness-"uber elite" versions of the costumes (with spiky shoulder-pads...)... I think they are called MACO Elite Commando and Omega Force Shadow Operative. ...I do already have MACO Team Commander, so if I get my Mk XII's then I'll get these too?

Does that sound right/is that how that works?

    yes you'll get them for having xii to get adapted sets you'll have to do elites and get the ops and xii sets then you can get that one and...MACO Team Commander? do you mean maco team specialist that is for completing the ops on normal stfs there is maco elite commander for completing them on elite. and spikey? i think that might be the honor guard set

    The spiky shoulder MACO uniform is by getting the MACO Mk XII set, then completing all the elite optionals. You don't need to do the Hive to get them just Cure, Infected, and Khitomer.

    An accolade is given when I purchased all of a Mk XII ground set. There is also the costume unlock project if you want to alter your STF uniform. The Adapted MACO uniform is the uniform as the mannequin in that limited Starbase project that cost 200,000 dilithium. It is the same as the MACO uniform from the Facility 4028's holographic guards and the photonic tactical bridge officer except its white and blue glow instead of black and red glow. From my understanding, to get the Adapted MACO set you need to purchase the MACO Mk XII ground set first. The Adapted Honor Guard has less noticeable changes as the Adapted MACO. The most noticeable thing for it is the change in weapons since one is a sniper rifle and the other is a grenade launcher.

    I would like it if someone would post the images for the Honor Guard and Omega STF uniforms for getting the elite optionals.

    Thanks for the info. Yeah, I was talking about "MACO Team Commander", which (for Feds at least) means I've completed all of each Infected, Cure, and Khitomer Accords Space/Ground Elite Optionals (six total). So, cool, if I get the Mk XII then I should complete all the accolades. Woot!

    And I counted, I have about 6 more days to T5.
