Did some testing yesterday and all 3 would proc at the same time.
Easy to reproduce. Load Polarized disruptors/plasma burn console - fire.
Didn't exactly test with a single weapon so some more controlled testing may be called for
but of the several tests done, it would seem if one procs they all proc.
Working as intended? If one procs do they all proc? Or should each proc type be a separate roll?
Polarized Dis... and the phased tets... only get one 2.5% roll and when it hits both procs are triggered.
I would assume the same would hold true for any of the mission weapons... and seeing as the hybrids are Disruptor dmg and not plasma... then ya they would have the added plasma burn proc added as well.
Guess you discovered an interesting quirk... still not sure it would be worth running those things even with 2xplasma burn procs.

I was referring to the consoles from the embassy. I don't have any personally but a friend
does. We were testing out various things yesterday and stumbled upon this.
Disruptor/Polaron/Plasma all proc on the same arc.
I would say it was done to cut down on the calculations needed on the backend of the game. With all the added doff changes, proc changes and what else, you would otherwise end up with like 10 different calculations per shot just for the extras. Beside the actual weapon fire.
Was using 3 of the plasma burn embassy consoles with polarized disruptors for this test, so it was amusing to see all five procs go at once (polaron, disruptor, 3x plasma fire), but as was mentioned already its not a surprising result given how hybrid weapons have been known to work for some time. I think the more interesting question raised is to what extent separate procs from different sources such as consoles and DOffs are merged into a single roll to save on server side calculations.

Interesting question, i noticed that when calling in my Security escort, i normally get the standard pair or the full army. Honestly, i can't remember ever getting anything in between.

so basically the disruptor proc which lasts 15 sec stops the polaron proc from going off again after 5 sec ?
Also does the Polaron proc work like the normal ones do ?- As in chance to reduce power levels by xx (non stackable) of which you can proc again during the 5 sec but instantly recovers (depending on eps flow skill) or does it use the old proc ?

According to the Tooltip it should proc independantly of each other, because it says two times the 2.5% roll, but knowing Cryptic its probably not working as indended.
I dont really care tbh lol
Last time i did some internal testing and i let 3 targets with single cannon/turret with highest possible proc chance shoot at 1 target, the amount of polaron procs were insane, and it seemed they were stacking as well (From different targets using all polarons)
It might not proc for one player but it definately did for multiple sources.
sounds like you all just stumbled into the small piece of joy I have been messing with ever since the Plasma Hybreds.... I like to call it proc stacking.... to get as many procs out of my weapons as possible..... bloody annoying to the enemy ship I will tell you that
Case in Point, Polarized Disruptors + 4 Threat Scaling consoles for the Plas fire proc + Full Omega Set = 6 procs and a tetryon Glider..... alternately I can replace the Polarized Disruptors with Phased Polarons or Romulan Plasma Weapons and achieve similar results.....
Major Xi'Zzin I.R.W. Raptor's Claw Storm Eagle Class WarbirdFleet Ha'feh I have never trusted humans, and I never will
As a side question, does the threat negation proc as well or is it a passive? I've been using these consoles and they don't seem to work as well. Some times they work fine other times i'm aggro'ing everything in site, so i figured id ask.
