I been buying the odd bit of zen every now and again for a few ships I want, last night i wanted take advantage of the zen offer. So I bought some and over the last 24 hours the reviewing bit has been stopping me getting my zen, the moneys gone from my bank.
I tried submitting a ticket but the website keeps saying too many diverts and then fails.
Anyone know another way to contact the powers that be besides the STO website support, which is same support as them all.

There is a phone number that you can call during their normal buisness hours regarding payment issues. Their payment method of skipe i believe it's called has always worked fine for me in the past, but as of lately never seems to accept my payments, so i switched to paypal and it has worked fine all the time for me as of now. While some payments go thru rather quickly, others do tend to go thru a review and can take up to 24hrs. to complete.
