Can't find my BO skills

Returning to this game after 6 months I can't find any of my skills for my BO on any of my accounts/characters everything is blank no skills in the "available skills" either but the skills show up in the station section went as far as re-buying the skills with no luck.

Maybe it's something I'm missing, hope to be pointed into the right direction

    It's a sideaffect of one of the updates. just re-slot your bridge crew and it will show the skills again. the only problem is you have to first select a different officer for each slot then go back to the original
