    Same thing just happened to me.

    After googling the problem, I see there's a bunch of other old threads in this forum about this problem. Apparently it's something that hasn't been fixed all the way back to 2011.

    Luckily...it seems to wear off after a while or maybe they fix something.

    Do they never post in these threads to let people know it's fixed or just what's going on? Because they never did in the old ones. Kinda rude, that. :(

    Actually, except for an occasional disconnect, the servers have been pretty stable for the past few months.

    This is the worst server crash in a while. Shame it's on a holiday weekend, when I have more time to play ;)

    Same here been trying to login to a toon that is in the Tau Dewa Sector Block and keeps happening several times. Just tried different one same problem. Seems like this bug that originated in KDF pi canis sorties well over a year ago still not fixed and now is wide spread keeping anyone from logging in and I am sure all the people with powers to be on a saturday night are about 24 glasses deep into the egg nog LOL. Wait till 2013 for a fix :(

    Makes me glad I didn't vote for this mmo winning anything LOL they can't even keep the game up the hamsters jumped off the wheel after their scout said coast is clear lets get out of here!

    My captain and one BOff are in a solid blue screen. We cannot beam up to the ship because we are suppose to be on it and, when I paid the 18,000ec to transwarp to the dilithium asteroid, it charged me, then refused to let me out.

    YEAAAAAH.... Server borked JUST as i finished a team mark event,, arent we the LUCKY ones,, stuck on a nowhere map... greaaat.. switch character,, nothing.. ow well,, guess ill go watch a movie. Hopefully someone at Cryptic will kick the Hampster running the Map server and get it working again....

    The Woglinde is likewise trapped at Gamma Eridon in Tau Dewa. Ironically, so is the Enterprise, so if we figure something out over here we'll spread the word to you guys.

    Logged out of the game and now the login server is timing out, can't log back in.

    With the constant lag and this dam winter event, and no upgrades on the servers, thats what happens.

    Time to make a upgrade on the servers PW.

    So there I was, right, having just got home from work on a Sunday, final day of work before my annual leave, and I think "Damn, I really feel like playing STO,"

    And I go to login... and... BOOM!

    S'all good. This is probably reality's way of telling my lazy butt to go and wrap Christmas pressies. :D
