Cropped winter jacket + Trill = Something's missing

Bare midriff... but no Trill spots.

As they show on other midriff baring outfits (TOS Mirror Universe, Enterprise Mirror Universe), I assume this can and will be fixed.

    Ha ha typical, glad I bought the long coat now.

    But on a more cheerful note. Kudos to whoever designed the coats, they do look fantastic :D

    Someone said their Catian suddenly had a shaved stomach on their coat as well.


    So it seems there's no species specific stuff on the midriff coat. But why would you want a midriff coat? Your belly will get cold. :P

    Yar, it's a glaring mistake which I had to find out the hard way. :P

    Also, there's a lot of clipping going on while dancing etc. =o

    And is it just me, or is the body colour different from the neck colour?

    No, for some odd reason it works just fine on Orions. :confused:

    Pro Tip: Winter Jackets work on the enemy faction Boffs.

    On an Orion, at least, the body color is definitely different from the head color (this is with the black cropped jacket). It's very visible where the neck meets the shoulders.

    Thanks for the report, Captains. We're tracking this (as well as others related to the cropped jacket) issue and hope to have a resolution in the next patch or so.

    Edit: Pro Tip: This isn't true for the KDF, as they are not allowed to customize their enemy faction Boffs. Not even with the Winter jackets that are exactly the same for both factions.

    And, WHY is there a winter jacket with a mid rift. Its cold. The natural desire for players to TRIBBLE up for no apparent reason does not mean the fanservice has to be put everyware.

    Why? Why not? You're aware that some species in Trek are adapted to the cold quite well, right? My Andorian char wears a cropped jacket (for the moment), she'd logically have no problem with it as her home planet is an ice world. I'd also hardly consider a bare mid-rift to be "slutting it up."

    It's a minor visual thing but Trill really should have spots running from head to toe. The new cropped jackets seem to have a rather human bias :(

    the devs have got some patches in the works look at the tribble patch notes and you will see they have been busy improving the winter wonderland experience. also its not just trills caitans and ferasans are experiencing the same problem as the trill.

    I have a fem ferasan myself with cropped jackets, I have grey fur but my belly is now shaved grey skin that looks like I had been assimilated a few too many times! Also for some reason the belly is looking very polygonal when I try to make my cat a fatcat :P ! Not sure if that's caused by the jacket or not though, but very low quality going on nonetheless, I am using max quality graphics settings across the board.

    Just tried outfitting my Trill Captain with her winter jacket for the first time and all I got was a transparent mid-riff and area below the neck line so looks like the fix that was implemented in the last patch still hasn't fully resolved the problem.

    Can you guys fix the Marauding boff as well plz.... Kinda annoyed Trill/Caitian winter coats were fixed while KDF have been waiting nearly a year for a fix.
