Hello all I am not sure if this is the right form but I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good role playing fleets for either fed or klingon and thanks for any and all replys.

You don't have to. Those forums are usually used for recruitment, so you may want to browse through the threads or use the "search this forum" function towards the upper-right, below your forum name and private messages count.
You can also find RP (or any kind) fleets in-game. Press "O", and then use the "Find Fleet" tab to search using keywords, play style, time zone, etc. If you're not seeing the search options, hit the downward pointing arrow towards the upper-right of that window.
