If your answer is yes, then we should petition Cryptic to make featured episodes which cost Zen to unlock. 500 zen per episode. Then you'll see the Dilithum exchange start to reverse direction.
Stupid suggestion, and Cryptic have said OVER AND OVER AGAIN that they will never charge to play episodes. They will not release expansion packs for zen. Ever. So shush.

There are times when I am pleased with Cryptic.
What they need to do is stop making so many things for the lobi store and get back to making C-store stuff that people want.
The thing is, they're probably making a fair bit of money from the Lobi Store; more than they are from the Zen Store. Think about how many Lock Boxes (at 150 Zen each) you need to unlock to get enough Lobi Crystals to buy a single Lobi item. That's got to rack up more than the single-purchasable ships.
Since there are always two "opposing" parties in a market, there will always be 2 parties lobbying for opposite price development.
if the Zen price goes down of course the sellers will complain, because they don't make profit anymore.
Same for the buyers when he price goes up.
But then every current price is the actual compromise reached between both parties at all times.
if both parties actually sat down and agreed on a static price in the exact middle between the 2 extremes of the entire possible margin you wouldnt see sales or buys at all for some periods when either side has not enough reason so sell/buy at that time.
And then people would complain about that...
There is no situation where either side can ALWAYS win.

I'm gad at least one more person understands why we're not going back to Subscription La La Land.
Yeah it sounds all nice that Cryptic won't accept money for FE's. Unfortunately this seems to result in FE's being prioritized somewhere around "side project" status.
I'd pay for FE's if it meant they got bumped up to "Lobi store/Lockbox" priority.
Ofcourse, maybe that's how Cryptic wants me to think... Starve me until I'm willing to throw money at them in the slightest hope for the smallest morsel of proper story content.

No. When PWE took over the company, EVERYTHING became free to play--all present and future content.
It doesn't run with PWE's business model to implement pay-to-play content.

This idea has more merit than the OP.

ROLL TIDE ROLL
I pay enough in Zen points for other things, but for playing content for this game. No...
