To me, a issue accured to me some time after I found out that my Fleet Credits were being drained. I looked ans saw the problem,EmbassyProvisions cost Fleet Credits and not Energy Credits. The reason was that the Fleet Credit symbol looked like the EC symbol at first glance. I was thinkingof a new system, which uses the Diplomatic Away Missionsfor DOFF and/or missions involving Diplomatic issues. Since there are missionsfor both KDF(Klingon Defence Force) and UFP(United Federation of Planets), the system could be used.
Concept
A Diplomatic mission rewards a player withEmbassy Credits, a small amount like 50 or more Emb Creds.Embassy Credits can be used to purchuseEmbassyProvisions for Embassy Projects. Whatever else that such Credits could be usedfor can be speculated, but notfor weapons, primarilyfor aquiring technologyfor shields, engines, devices, Deflector Dish, and other devices.
I think a system such as discribed above might prove better. I think that there are others that beleive alternate methods might do. If the concept doesnt work, simply makeEmbassyProvisions purchused with EC and up the price, 2500 EC and up could do. I personally think the useof Fleet Creditsfor something in a Replicator shouldn't be used to replicateProvisions.
Where else would they put it? Create vendor JUST to sell those?
I'm hoping they add more things that cost FC in the Replicator....
Absolutely.
Fleet ground equipment on main and Boffs - check
Fleet space equipment on various ships - check
Fleet ships - check
Doffs, buffs, assets, boosters - check
2.6 million fleet credits kicking around my assets - check
I jumped for joy when I saw E provisions would cost FC. Finally somewhere to burn those things off.
I don't understand the outrage about this. You're buying something specifically for the fleet. Why shouldn't it cost fleet credits?
Cause its from a replicator, unless its from a vendor that is selling Embassy Provisions, it would make sence, but since its not, its the problem. EP is not related to anything other than the Embassy, which isnt all that great to begin with. Sure, you can goto NR to your Fleet Starbase, but thats really about it. EP should be bought from Vendors, not made in a replicator.

I disagree. I don't want to have to hunt down a special vendor just to donate Embassy provisions to my fleet; that's unnecessary. If anything, they need to add more things to the replicator.
If you don't like it, don't buy them. It's that simple.
You wouldn't be hunting them down. Vendors would be on New Romulus and major bases for both KDF and UFP. They would be in logical locations, the Drozana System, however, would not be a logical location. You want to say, "It how it should be.", yet others in this topic have bias against it being in the replicator window. The topic is a valid argument, base on the number of people who have issues about EPs. If needed, I will take a poll, in the game at NR, to support this argument.
Well they could've just made you donate fleet credits straight into the project. But as it is, its better because the embassy provisions become cheaper as you level your starbase.

Yep, the replicator cost decreases as your fabricator is upgraded. And making them an item like this allows them to be obtained in other ways, like from the fleet support pack.
I'm not a fan of the complete lack of reward for donating embassy provisions, though. They should return a few fleet marks... or something.
Or what I suggested in the topic #1 post, get technologies in return. The Embassy should at least give something back for all the grinding you would do just to get the projects done in the first place. EX: Very Rare and/or Rare Diplomatic DOFFs for completing certain projects, same with Romulan or Reman DOFFs of certain other projects. Maybe some weapons or "One Device/Item Per Character" item, ground and/or Space that is Romulan or Reman of origin. The reason I started this topic was really two things. One. which was clear, was the use of FC for something in a replicator and have vendors in locgical locations instead of using them in the replicator cause it would make more sence. The other subject, which may not have been obvious, is the lack of real reward for completing Embassy Projects, and not completing Teirs, each and every project. Its quite obvious that there is a lack of rewards. Maybe they should redo the system and have "Milestone Marks", that once you reach a certain amount, you would be awarded for reaching it, instead of waiting days for the projects to get to the next Teir for rewards. The second subject of this topic is something that is obviously, a heated subject and wish for it to be changed, in which I agree with.

It's called donating the Marks to your fleet projects, and it pays 50 Fleet Credits per Mark. :P
