I purchased 5 white BO's from the vendor on Qo'nos and the starbase project won't accept them. Come on Cryptic you said you fixed it and you didn't. Now what, wait for another patch? and another .... and another ..... and another .... and another by then season 1117 will be out and i'll die of old age. Turn the switch on nowwwwwwwwwww ...

Bridge Officers (commonly referred to as "BO's" go on your bridge and are members of your away team. You can even give them gear and customize the appearance of most of them!
BO's do NOT work in fleet starbase projects.
Duty Officers (commonly referred to as "DOff's" are used for the DOff missions and Fleet Starbase Projects.

I think something is fishy there, probably on the cryptic end of things as usual.
for some reason i thought they were fixed.
the BOs projets were broken after S7 went live, mainly for the fleets which started them before the patch.
I hope the fix them soon

That's because it's a tier 4 project and obviously your fleet isn't there yet

There is 1 Tier 3 project and 3 Tier 4 projects that need White Boffs.

Apparently the way some white BOffs are handled in the background means this hasn't been a smooth change. But the "brought" BOffs aren't being accepted. Hopefully this will be in the next patch.

My point was that you don't need to be T4 to hit this problem, it can arrive at T3 too
obviously it will be fixed at some point, still no reason to have an attitude over a simple comment.
