Hello,
as the title says, i am looking for a new fleet that is willing to let me join.
I am in a fleet right now, but it is inactice for some time now.
The fleet leadership doesn?t select new projects for the starbase nor the embassy. And building the starbase and the doff-system is the biggest fun for me in the game.
I am a casual gamer. But i try to login every day. I contributed resources for round about 350.000 fleet marks in the last 3 months.
I don?t ask for a high rank but getting access to the fleet bank would be nice after some time.
I am not a dedicated for STF runs and I don?t even own a headset.

Let me greet you in the name of the Timelords Fleet. We're a smaller (ca. 15 active members + same varying enlisted) casual/semi-pro Fleet, spanning from Europe to America. Check us out and register over at our Forums if interested.

The Blacksheep might fit with what you're looking for. First and foremost, we're a casual fleet. Though we're not a huge fleet (approximately 230 members), we have members that are pretty active. Thanks the to work of our members, our Tier 3 Starbase is progressing nicely with projects always set up. We have many members that love the DOFF system too, myself included. In fact, one of our members founded the "DOFFtrader" global chat channel on STO.
Being a casual fleet, you can do what things you like in the game. Don't like to do STF's? No worries... we have NO mandatory events or meetings you have to participate in. If there's something you do enjoy and want others to join you, just yell out and you?ll usually have a few folks jump in.
Access to the fleet bank begins after you pass the first fleet rank of "Recruit", but starts off very limited. As you progress in rank, you're given more and more access. If there's something you want but aren't able to grab, no worries? just yell out and someone a higher rank will be happy to grab it for you!

My fleet is cooperative, has teamspeak and you can get accses to fleet bank imediatly!

Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game and in some cases RL. We have a fleet TeamSpeak3 server that we use for voice chat not just in-game but also to hang out as well and get to know each other better (not required, just available). Many of us are located on the East Coast and Midwest (USA), Europe and now even parts of the Middle East.
Although I say our fleet is dedicated, we also realize that everyone has lives as well, so when you need to take the time, you don't need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet due to RL too. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand that sometimes real life issues and problems can take time to resolve, and that some time is needed to sort things out.
So please, think about joining and moving with us into 2410 armed with the best Intel, the most specific and targeted body of knowledge about STO, and a group of Fleet-mates who will be there with you in the crunch. Our Starbase is Tier 3 with the shipyard upgrade currently in progress and we have started making inroads into our Embassy Tiers. We also provide commodities to all for donation to the projects.

Goodluck with finding a "good" fleet these days. Most are just about numbers than satisfation. We were small once ago but we have become one of the biggest in STO due to our strong "team" work and dedication.
We value individuals for what they are not for their numbers.
I'm very sorry about your fleet but give us and try. Our fleet name is Starfleet Liberty Force and we are still recruiting for a different kind of social gaming. Membership satisfaction is our focus and we are not the corporate like entity kind of fleet. We bring in the social connection that most fleets lack and we are proud to put you in the center of the action.
