Leaver Penalty changed?

Entered Kitomer Accord Space (normal). We only had 4 people. Doable but probably not getting the Optional.

Then 1 guy leaves. :mad:
So figured we were toast w/ only 3, so I left.
I got leaver penalty. :eek:
I thought only the first guy who left got it.
C'mon Cryptic get some brains about this thing!
Why should people get leaver penalty when the team is only at 3/5 strength?
There should be a limit to it. Why make 2-3 people get stuck because other left and make the STF a huge pain and take 2x as long?:mad:

    happened to me too in Into the Hive.. Impossible to finish with 2 players..

    I thought it was always the first 2 people who leave get the penalty. :confused:
