Why the frak did they lower DIL for STFs?

If you remove the Dill reward for STFs then what is the point of doing then anyway?

The STFs were my primary source for DIll and the daily officer stuff.

Is there other ways to get Dill now?

    Yea I was away from STO for a month or so. Rebuilding my PC and what not.

    Was away saving to do an entire overhaul upgrade of my PC. Was feeling it was time to upgrade.

    currently FAs are more efficient to get dil then STFs, they give 1440 a pop, are done in 10-20 minutes and on a 30 minutes cool down.

    So yeah in ~40 minutes you can get ~6k dil or in 1h you can max out your refine cap, but its going to be changed again, read dev blog 17.

    Omega marks and the challenge, that's enough for me.

    There are at this very moment - fleet actions reward 1440 and only have a 30 minute cooldown and are infact more efficient means of dilithium grinding then pre-season 7 STFs

    However due to the STF whiners this is now getting nerfed.
