Failed log in attempts

Does anyone know how long the account suspension is with Too many attempts, try again later. I fell asleep on my keyboard...and now i can't log in and it's been over 7 hours now and wondering how long. Of course I put in a ticket to request information regarding this but, if it's 24 hour ban, I MIGHT get a response a few days late. It'd be nice just to have it lifted since it was me not someone else trying to hack my account...If anyone knows would appreciate it.

    how'd you manage to get too many failed log in attempts with your own account? foirget your password or something?

    still, unless your hand moved a lot in your sleep i don't see how you'd get more than 1-2 attempts.

    ok what does that matter? I was a asleep i don't know, my hand prob was resting on the enter key and a few other. Question is how long is the suspension for? And those TRIBBLE's at Cyptic should help unlock it if they actually took responsibility for what I call customer relations. :mad:

    This happened to me as well and now trying to reload Champions. Fell asleep, woke up and Too many attempts; please try again later. That's pretty crazy, never saw that one in the past cpl years. And time is short. Only play on weekends.

    if its like any other game/system 24 hours usually.
