Annoying Chat Window Fuctionality

I can't be the only one who finds this obnoxious. Every time you do several STFs or other team events consecutively, these little indicators ('fleet,' 'team,' 'fleet,' 'team...') switch between each other when you enter and exit the teams you join. This takes up space on the chat UI element, but doesn't actually move or expand it, which in turn causes the chat display window to be squished into oblivion. The image linked is only a mild example; with a little more time spent playing, the chat window would have become completely unusable.

So far I've found no way of preventing this, and the only way I've found of correcting it is to log off and on again.

    turn off voice chat in your options tab

    vivox enabled + teaming with one or three persons + pug team member(s) after queuing = UI bug.

    Only fix atm is to either:
    1. Disable vivox ingame entirely
    2. or relog after x number of runs to reset the ui as /reset_ui does not work.

    Geewiz, this is annoying. It'd be nice if they could get a fix in for this. I've just started using voice chat and I think it'd be a plus for the fleet, but the stacking is killing it.

    Only way around this, that I can see is using a third party program which is less than ideal.

    How do you disable in-game voice chat?

    Pretty sure it's in 'Options' there's a section exclusively for Voice Chat, you can turn it off there.

    Thanks. That helped a lot. I never use the in-game voice chat anyway.
