Profile help and Signature? (Forum)

Hey guys, I'm having some trouble. I can't use Career Officer, Starfleet Veteran or Empire Veteran titles. I click the box, click submit, it doesn't happen. I did it or tried it a few weeks ago, and now trying again... from what I can see it's not working.

Also, I'm not sure if my signature is showing up, it's a Picard quote (for now). But I have actually been trying to find this thing.

What is it and how do I make one? Haha
