Moving individual BO in the Hud

Hello 
After getting a new ship that has 2 universal bridge offer slots its totally messed up the layout of my BO 's when in space.
I used to have the tactial ones first together, then engine etc.
So im used to tactical being first. Now universal ones are first and its annoying.
Is it possible to move these around so i can put them in the order i want. ie tact tact , eng, uni uni etc

Tho i gess tho its not possible to rearrange the order of my boffs then on the hud
in my defiant reto was perfect. Bug its wack
