Respawn time in the Tholian enemy encounter WAY TOO LONG

I would like to just say the the respawn times in the Tholian Enemy deep space encounter in the Tau Dewa Sector Block are way too long. PLEASE fix thx

    Agreed. I've been sitting in here for more than 20 minutes now.
    Still no Tholians.

    I don't know how long we're supposed to wait. Or if they will respawn at all anymore.
    The instance hasnt closed either. I can leave and rejoin and end up in the same empty one again.

    Waited over 15 Minutes and never restarted.:(
    When diplomacy fails, there's only one alternative: violence. Force must be applied without apology. It's the Starfleet way.

    Well 30 minutes later. 1 group of Tholians respawned.
    While the mob respawned, the mission never restarted.
    No mission offered at start, no reward was given, and the dialog was still at "Well done Captain" all the way through.

    Edit: Actually my mission log says it completed. Perhaps I received it while warping in and it autocompleted.
    Either way something is not right.
