chef on starbase impossible to do

there a upgrade call contract for chef on starbase. it wants 1000 cardassian tasper egg also 1000 klingon heart of targ. we are one of the first fleet on this project and it is impossible to do. what will happen if more fleet start this project. i truly think there a mistake i would say 100 should be the number. Can any G.M help. Where do we get them from?

    I speak from experience... don't start that project if you haven't already. It's not impossible as you can always buy the Hearts... if you want to spend 1 billion EC (they are at least 1 mil each currently). It will bring your SB progress to a crawl, though.

    There might be a place to get it that I don't know about, but my fleet has traveled to every base and vendor we can think of. We've tried the chef chains, too. No luck.

    Cryptic/PWE: the 1000 Heart requirement is TRIBBLE. Needs to be significantly lowered, or a source of the hearts added besides random drops.

    Simple fix for Cryptic - make it so every food item can be obtained via a chef, assignment, and/or vendor. It's rather ridiculous that the bartender and chef projects are the most expensive in the game, considering the reward is the most trivial.
