N00b Doff Question (Sorry)

Searched about 10 guides and cant find an answer so to hell with it, ill ask here... When you go to exchange up Doffs from the Officer at SFA (5 white for 1 green etc) is there a system behind it or is it random? I.E. If i take 5 Security Officers, will I get A security officer, etc? Thanks for your time! :P

    Its very random what you get, unless the whites you are trading are bound it might be worth checking the prices on the exchange and buying the greens you need with the proceeds, Security officers and and a few others go for 100k+

    Example - you could trade those 5 Security and get a Refugee or a Chef back
