How to claim C-Store items?

I broke down and bought some Zen and made a new character etc. I thought I'd get the Federation Starter pack but have no idea how to claim it.

I figured it would be in the account bank or mail but the account bank is still unavailable and the mail is empty. I may have bought it for the wrong character but that one doesn't have anything either.

Where to go?

    It's in the invenytory of the char you bought it on... If that inventory was full, it's in the overflow bag.

    If memory serves, its a one time - pr char purchase, with Bind On Char setting.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
