PVP is dead for me

Congrats you killed PvP in this game for me...


Seeing the same kdf ships spamming the same skills, which appear to have 0 cooldown it more than annoying.... and guess what... they always have those little silly PAY TO WIN gadgets.


This game is DEAD!!!

    It's not just Klingons who are spamming. It's also Feds with danubes and some of the lockbox TRIBBLE too.

    Yeah I decided to do just fed v fed pvp from now on...

    Just joined a game with yet another premade team, all same fleet, all with the new temporal destroyers...

    Talk about cheap. This pay to win is getting beyond a joke...

    As for the other 2, how is...

    Well the entire thread is pretty much on the line of being in violation of the rules... in general they just delete the thread and move on. ;)

    I don't know why I'm asking but I am... what where they spamming on you... AMS ?

    Because I "guess I won't see you around then..." is not an insult. Just stating a fact.

    It sounds like the other poster is simply worried about the welfare of your a$$, but that just my interpretation of his post. Viewers discretion is advised

    Doesn't seem like PvP or the game is 'dead' if you continue to participate after making such a declaration. Kind of undermines your OP, wouldn't you say?

    Pvp isn't dead persay. Pvp has basically been dumbed down so the average pve hero can kill a vet player with the right amount of p2w and team support. In contrast 2 years ago that same player wouldn't have gotten a shot off and his 2 support teamates would have been blown up 20 seconds later.

    I find it amazing the amount of players that actually think they are great pvpers running p2w littered cheese tanks. Oh well ignorance is bliss. But congrads on dumbing down pvp craptic.

    Nah, he just can't handle Klingon awesomeness, so he just sticks with the tame FvF queues. He can Kirk his way through those, probably.

    Its not just the KDF. I love playing both sides, but for PvP I much prefer my KDF toon. The consoles are better on the KDF side without a doubt. But most of the good ones are accessible for 1m or less on the EX with a few having to have you buy a ship via zen store to obtain.

    Spamming skills that seem to have 0 cooldown? um, thats called Doffs and Boff skills. With he right setup planning, you can lower CDs on whatever you are specializing in. Dont get mad just read up on stuff.

    Pvp is dead in the sense that there is no incentive to do so. It needs alot of work...

    A PvP reward system that rewards PvP gear in drops as well as Dil, marks and other purple quality rewards. Give players a reason to actually work over their builds to better themselves in an attempt to gain better gear and fight for drops worth EC.

    Introduce a Leaderboard system that people can fight for.

    Matchmaking ques that alsu tie into leaderboard system..like a 1v1 que.

    The arc on its single beam array is WAY to narrow and the thing maneuvers worse than a carrier making it way to hard to line up on a planet. Nerf planets!

    I would bet a slip of latinum that if tomorrow, they released a ship for the Feds with:

    Escort turning and DHC usage
    More hull than an Odyssey
    More shields than any sci ship out there
    8 or more weapons slots
    Some mega-console that let them have the 'i win' button
    An enhanced/perfect cloak that let them fire all weapons and still keep all the bonuses of EBC.
    Etc...

    They'd still complain about something being 'Op' and them dying over and over to it.
