Attack Pattern DOFFs

ATM, I feel as if the most game breaking DOFF is by far the Attack Pattern DOFF.
This DOFF allows Escort pilots, and possibly other vessels, to have a virtually infinite duration on Attack Pattern Omega.
The ridiculous speed and defense boost, damage increase, and tractor immunity allowed to players with three of these DOFFs, imo, is game breaking. (For PvP.)
Players without these DOFFs simply CANNOT compete against those with (opinion)... If this is intended then so be it.
As a player without them, I find it almost impossible to kill those with the DOFFs. It is about as bad as not being able to break through stacked mitigation.
If there is a strategy that I am missing, please enlighten me.

Is one Omega one Delta... this means you can have a perfect rotation of omega delta omega delta. Yes with out the doffs you can run 2 omegas with a delta in between.. however it won't be a perfect rotation and you do gain a boff slot.
Are they game breaking... in light of BFI doffs and new Extend doffs... and the ability to have 2 EPTx abilites act like 4.... na there not game breaking.

The way I "shop" exchange is look for purple (very rare) duty officer <whatever the branch is>, many times there are good alternatives, like before the flux of subnuc doffs, I paid 40 mil for one, when most were 100+. Also, just got an efficient tac lethean for less than 10k. Lol. It's worth looking on exchange every now and then.

But, it's only a 15% reduction, no?
Zemok is currently about 17-20 mill on the exchange, and as the supply of Elite Gamma packs begins to dwindle the price will rise. (gone with the Cardassian box)
