Ive thought about returning to the game and subscribe again, but where is the incentive? All the ships that wouldn't mind using cost roughly 25 bucks per ship. Grinding the dilithium takes too long as well. So is there a point to subscribing? Would be nice to get atleast 1 token to get a ship of your choice ( 1 time offer ) upon re-subscribing. Like most games, I just don't see any incentive....

Do not subscribe. Just save the money, play a free account and if you really want to, buy a ship now and again. Just know, that when you switch between ships on the same toon, they will nail you on a respec token that cost $5.00 or aboiut a month of grinding dilithium.
You can spend $15.00 to subscribe or you can save the $15.00 and earn $10.00 more in zen to buy a $25.00 ship in two or three weeks.
I would also add that I did not get any free items when I resubscribbed to TOR, nor when I resubscribbed to WoW. I am uncertain as to why anyone would think they would get additional free items to resubscribe to STO.
It is interesting that War.craft is a banned word on PW's forum.
You'll probably be happier just buying what you actually want. 4 character slots is 12$, a VA ship is 25$ unless there is a sale, you probably have most of the content unlocked anyway.
I've spent less than 70$ on this game since it went free to play and have enjoyed it greatly for that cost. The only ships I'd want to fly that I don't is an Atrox and a Regent(the best tac cruiser in the game). Blame it on the Sci nerfs and Ody's versatility.
Same thing here. I decided to cancel my sub and go F2P because you get to keep the stuff that you have on characters made while you still paid. For example, my main kept all of his inventory slots and bank slots when I went to silver.
