friendly and enemy npc's in ground missions vanishing

every ground mission i do, after moving a few meters, they vanish below/outside map.
which would be great if the enemy npc's couldnt shoot back into the map at me through the floor/walls.

but as it is, i cant do any mission with part of it happening on the ground.
startrek online - to seek out new life, and seduce or kill it.

    Yeah having the same issue here. Game is completely unplayable unless you can manage to do space only missions. Did you send a bug report or a ticket to the GM's?

    I've sent messages to the GM's and submitted a ticket on this with no reply yet. Let's see if they even care.

    It's a really far reaching bug, which a search of the day's forum posts shows goes through many many official cryptic maps. Ground maps seem the ones affected.

    Foundry works fine though.
    Missions within the Foundry do not seem affected.
