How do you train Aux pwr/Stru Int 3?

I have a Tactical VA with an Engineering Commander slot on my Oddy. Is there any way I can train my Engineering Commander BOff, Auxilliary Power to Structural Integitiy 3?

    Find a BOFF on the Exchange that has it, purchase, have them train your BOFF. Aux2SIF3 is only available from random blue (or more reliably purple) BOFFs.

    Does not the Cstore fed BOFF Aenar have A2sif3? If so buy one and use it to train.

    I always find this power in purple quality bridge officers and they usually do not cost to much

    You need the requisition form for the aenar. Where do I get one?
