As an avid accolade hunter I'm a little sad that some accolades are not available to earn anymore. Below is a list of the ones I know of and suggestions on how to make them available again. Please, feel free to add any that I've missed and more suggestions on how they could be brought back. Hopefully the developers will consider it.
Celebration: One Year! 1(00p)
Celebration: Year Two! (100p)
European Celebration (100p)
I'll start with these since they are worth so many points. The simple solution would be to make them account bound. If a player had an active account on the dates in question the accolades should be awarded to all characters on that account - both present and future ones. After all, they are a sign of player dedication to the game and not being able to show them off on characters created after the events simply feels wrong.
Promenaded (10p)
This one was rewarded for 1st place in the Fleet Action "DS9 Under Siege". The mission was removed over a year ago and I'm not quite sure why. There was a bug where the last force field couldn't be disabled but it didn't happen every time and with the new Fleet Action queue system a new instance could easily be created so it wouldn't get stuck in it's bugged state. I suggest that this mission is added to the Fleet Action queue in its current version.
Ice Racer (30p)
Snowman About Town (30p)
These accolades belong to last year's Winter Event. I don't know what Cryptic plan for this year's event but I assume we all want to see a new mission this year and perhaps these accolades could be incorporated in it somehow. Alternatively there could always be optional access to past years' Winter Events during the holidays.
Lobi Scavenger Hunt - "Cloaked Intentions" (10p)
Lobi Scavenger Hunt - "Cold War" (10p)
Lobi Scavenger Hunt - "Spectres" (10p)
Lobi Scavenger Hunt - "The 2800" (10p)
Cryptic never told us their intentions regarding these accolades. The simple solution here is to make sure they'll always be available with future reruns of the featured episodes.

Ship Requisitions (10p)
Two unique KDF accolades that were awarded to people who reached the rank of Brigadier General and Lieutenant General before a certain date. I suggest a KDF character is awarded these if they reach the appropriate level withing a certain amount of days instead. I assume they were there to encourage people to roll a KDF character in the first place so they could add some incentive to doing so again. It would be appreciated if current KDF characters could be granted them retroactively if applicable.

Attache Emeritus (10p)
Consul Emeritus (10p)
Envoy Emeritus (10p)
Reviving these ones might be tricky since they were awarded for reaching maximum Federation diplomatic status before the DOFF system was introduced. I have no suggestion how to bring these back since the method of earning them has been replaced.
Veteran Vessel (0p)
Not exactly a retired accolade but unavailable to any character who got their Vice Admiral ship token through the old system. Even if it's 0p it's still an accolade. Couldn't it just be granted to old characters without rewarding them another VA token?

The holday ones, I have no reason to believe that those events won't return, on top of new content added with it.
