retrain tokens

if i go gold for a month will i get retrain tokens and are they retroactive or unbound so i can retrain a va
sorry if this is confusing but i need to retrain my va engineer bad and was wondering if it was possible this way as i was thinking of going gold for a month to get the extra inv and bank space

    nope, they're not retroactive and are bound to character.

    Sory but the problem is that the retrain system just dont work i bouth 2 token and stil cant retrain my caracter grrrrr
