I really, really have to know what is the skill that the K'Norr Escorts use when they go semi-cloaked, but can still fire? I can target them while they're like this, but I'm unable to actually shoot them, and it seems that -Stealth debuffs have no effect on this either.

I was just in a No-Win, tagged a K'Norr with Fire On My Mark and Attack Pattern Beta. No way any stealth effects should be viable then...but sure enough, they go semi-cloaked and I'm unable to fire upon them.

It is rather annoying. Anyone know the skill?

    Phase generator, or something like this. It's not a skill. The KDF Kar'fi carrier comes with a console that lets you do this as well (only works on the Kar'fi, cannot transfer to another ship, in case you were wondering)

    Those things get on my nerves something awful. Is there a way to counter that ability?
